How it Works!

Routine winter cleanups begin December 1st and continue through April 1st. Our crew will visit your property every two weeks for a 30-minute service session. Before services begin, our office will create a customized priority checklist for your property based on its current condition and needs.

If your property requires more time than the routine winter schedule allows, we’ll send an estimate for a full spring cleanup once winter services conclude.

Full property maintenance customers are already enrolled and will receive winter services automatically.

Pull and remove visible weeds to maintain clean, healthy garden beds.

Removing debris

Clear fallen branches, leaves, and general yard debris from all areas.

Bush & shrub trimming

Shape and trim shrubs to maintain form and promote healthy growth.

Perennial deadwooding

Remove dead stems and growth to support plant recovery in spring.

Flower structural prune & trim

Lightly prune flowers for structure, shape, and winter protection.

Landscape bed edge realignment

Re-define bed edges for a clean, maintained appearance.

Small tree trimming/pruning

Trim low branches and shape small ornamental trees.

Gutter cleaning

Clear gutters of leaves and debris to ensure proper water flow.

Leaf cleanup & removal

Collect and remove leaves from lawn, beds, and hard surfaces.

Snow removal (1–4”) included

Light snowfall clearing for driveways and walkways included at no extra cost.

Snow removal (4.1–12”) — 10% discounted rate applied for larger storms, with post-salt treatment included.

How often will you visit my property?

We visit every two weeks for a 30-minute service session from December 1st through April 1st.

What exactly is included in the routine cleanup?

Routine winter cleanups include weed removal, debris removal, shrub and perennial pruning, leaf cleanup, gutter clearing, bed edge realignment, small tree trimming, and light snow removal (1–4”). Larger storms (4.1–12”) receive a 10% discount with post-salt included.
