Any customer who signed up before May 14, 2024, is deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms. In the event of cancellation, the customer must either fulfill the remainder of their service agreement or settle the outstanding balance. For questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
Terms & Conditions
By signing up with Cams Services, hereafter referred to as "Cams," the Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. Cams will provide the Customer with an email containing these Terms & Conditions. However, it is the Customer's responsibility to review and understand these terms. Failure to do so does not absolve the Customer from their obligations outlined herein.
Scope of Services:
Cams Services offers the following services:
Spring Clean Up
Mowing
Fall Clean Up
Snow Removal
Monthly Maintenance
Shrub Pruning
Disposal
Weed Treatment
Pricing:
Pricing details are provided to the Customer via email or other written form. By signing up with Cams Services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the stated pricing. Customers will not be charged unless the service has been completed.
In the event of a price increase, Cams Services will provide written notification to the customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the new pricing taking effect. If there is an increase in the service price, the customer has the option to cancel the service within thirty (30) days of receiving the notification without incurring any cancellation fees or penalties.
Term:
Service begins on April 1st and ends on December 1st annually. The contract will automatically renew on January 1st for an additional year unless the Customer provides at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice via email, expressing the intent to terminate services. If the Customer wishes to cancel service before the renewal of the contract, they must pay the remaining balance for their term.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel service, the Customer must do so within 30 days of the contract renewal on January 1st. Canceling service before contract renewal requires payment of the remaining balance for the term.
Billing:
Cams Services requires valid credit card information from the Customer prior to commencing any service. Mid-month service commencements will be prorated. Any changes to billing information must be communicated to Cams Services at least seven (7) days before the next payment is due.
Nonpayment:
Failure to make timely payments may result in Cams Services pursuing the Customer for the full outstanding amount, along with reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs. Cams Services reserves the right to assign payment rights to a third party if necessary.
Assignment:
Cams Services reserves the right to assign some or all of its services to a third party. The Customer agrees to adhere to these Terms & Conditions even if a third party assumes Cams Services' responsibilities.
Indemnification:
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cams Services, its agents, employees, and affiliates against any claims or damages arising from the services provided, except in cases of intentional tort or theft.
Warranty:
Cams Services warrants that it will provide competent and professional services; however, it is not responsible for any pre-existing defects on the Customer's premises or in any equipment used during service provision.
Miscellaneous:
Cams Services will send these Terms & Conditions via email. If the Customer does not have an email on file, they will have access to a "Client Portal" to update their account information. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, with disputes to be resolved in the courts of Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
